Single Sign-on with 2FA
Prevent unwanted access to the system through single Sign-on and 2 Factor Authentication.
Advanced authorization system
With different roles and permission levels in Treams, you determine the appropriate levels of authorization.
Backups
Backups are stored at Amazon Web Services. An hourly backup via log file (for point-in-time restore) is available. And one full backup per day. Backups are kept up to 7 days back and are stored encrypted.
Encryption
Communication with Treams is always encrypted (recent version of TLS).
Pentests
At least once a year a penetration test is performed by an external party. The results are available upon request.
Incident management
Continuous improvement is the basis of sound policy. Incidents or threats are actively recorded and extensively analyzed in order to tighten security policies.
Training
Treams employees participate in a security awareness program.

De gebruiker blijft verantwoordelijk voor het beoordelen, aanpassen en eventueel overnemen van AI-suggesties. Controleer de inhoud daarom altijd voordat je deze gebruikt of deelt.

Specifieke details
– Treams maakt gebruik van Anthropic Claude via Amazon Bedrock van AWS.
– De verwerking is ingericht binnen een Europese AWS-regio.
– Eventuele logging ten behoeve van monitoring, beveiliging en foutopsporing vindt plaats volgens de door Treams ingestelde bewaartermijnen van maximaal 90 dagen.
– AI-output wordt alleen gebruikt om suggesties te genereren binnen de betreffende functionaliteit.
– AI-output is altijd een suggestie en wordt niet automatisch toegepast.
