Interview with Luciënne a.k.a. Luus, Sales Teamlead at Treams
Tell me, Luus, who exactly are you and what exactly does your role at Treams entail?
Hi, my name is Luciënne, or Luus, a native of Brabant. I was born and raised in one of the gems of this beautiful province. I also have the privilege of working every day for a great company in Brabant called Treams. At Treams, I recently became the Sales Team Lead, and I must say, every day feels like coming home.
What motivated you to work for Treams?
This was not a typical career move for me, I can tell you! I consciously quit my previous job and started talking to a career coach. During that process, I got to know myself and my desires better. I knew exactly what I was looking for in a new job: a dynamic employer where I could make a tangible difference, both within the organization and for clients. I wanted autonomy, the chance to be entrepreneurial and the freedom to add my personal touch to my job.
I myself had previously worked in the secondment/brokerage market. A very nice branch, but I missed the bit of depth in the customer processes.
Treams turned out to be the answer to all my needs! 🤩
Every day I get the chance to have inspiring conversations with great organizations about how we can really put their employees first. And that's exactly what happens here. I feel like an entrepreneur of my own, and when an organization chooses us, I can't hide my smile. What makes your role at Treams so great?
Every day is different! Some days I'm on the road, visiting the most fascinating locations, learning about new companies and building relationships with new people. Other days I sit around the table with my colleagues to improve our operations, and my opinion is taken seriously. We dream big and make those dreams come true together!
I also regularly take on the role of chairman of the day during client days and give presentations to groups of people, because that is one of my personal ambitions. Do you have an ambition or passion? You can express it here, and Treams gives you the space!
And, last but not least, I love to think out-of-the-box and together with the team do everything possible to win over that one customer. It's great to be able to coach others and achieve successes together!

I'm looking for people who want to do business with me, who don't shy away from responsibility and get a kick out of closing deals. No superficial sales pitches, but team members who want to dive deep into the client's organization and can have substantive conversations. Who are energized by helping organizations move forward and believe in open and honest conversations rather than just performance reviews.
