To continue our growth, we are looking for an experienced Medior Marketer to take on the challenge of taking our marketing strategy to the next level.
Your position
You are a driven and analytically strong marketer with a passion for B2B marketing. You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience and are able to think and act strategically as well as operationally. In addition, you are hands-on and not afraid to roll up your sleeves yourself, whether it's drafting a briefing, sharply questioning our specialists or contributing to internal projects. You have a good eye for detail and know how to use data to improve results. For us, the match with you as a person is very important: you are entrepreneurial, cooperative, dare to ask for help and you are open to asking for and giving feedback.Â
Your responsibilities
- Develop, implement and optimize marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with outside specialists to develop and manage campaigns.
- Lead weekly marketing meeting, set priorities and fill task board.
- Analyze various data points (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, customer behavior) to monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Initiate and organize online and offline events.
- Contribute to building our active customer community with your insights and ideas.
- Report results and make adjustments as needed to achieve set goals.
- Prepare briefings for content development and ensure streamlined execution.
- Find a close collaboration/synergy with our sales team, to really understand the customer's language and continuously adjust and refine our marketing actions accordingly.Â
- Research market trends and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
- Prepare monthly reports and present plan of action to management consisting of:

- (c) conclusions (what does the data really mean)Â
- (d) PoA; how are we going to improve/mitigate
- (e) Present in next consultation the outcomes/progress of (d)

Your profile?
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Experience independently implementing marketing strategies.
- You are entrepreneurial and a self-starter: you see the work and opportunities ahead.
- Hands-on mentality and willing to contribute to operational tasks yourself.
- Strong analytical skills and experience monitoring and adjusting marketing campaigns based on data.
- You are good at project management and able to work effectively with various specialists.
- Proactive, results-oriented and a true team player.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, LinkedIn Paid, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and/or other marketing automation software.
