We are proud to announce a very nice new feature: the Journey! This brand new feature is all about the journey that employees take in their own development. Of course, the journey starts at the beginning: at the onboarding of a new employee. From then on, everything a s/he does in Streams is recorded in his/her personal journey. From setting and achieving goals, to giving and asking for feedback, to completing an evaluation. The entire journey is inextricably linked to all the features in Streams.
So why is this convenient?
For managers, this is the ideal conversation piece for during a 1-on-1 interview. At a glance, you can see what your employees are working on, what goals they have achieved, how often they have asked for feedback and, of course, when they are at a standstill in their development. For the employees themselves, it really works as motivation. Being able to look back and see how much you have done gives enormous energy. On to continuous growth!
