What is the process of integration like?

The process for setting up integrations is entirely online. You can set it up together with an expert from your team, with experience with the HR information or payroll system (from now on: HRIS). Actions to be taken:

  1. You can link Treams and the HRIS by entering the appropriate access keys in Treams and making a few simple selections (e.g., which organizations to load from the HRIS).
  2. You select the date when employees will have access to Treams.
  3. You can add any exclusions, specific employees or departments that should not have access to Treams.

Explanation: Integrating Employes with Treams

Do you want to integrate your Employes environment with Treams? Then you've come to the right place!

1. Conditions for getting started

The following conditions apply to the establishment of an Employes connector:

  • An active Treams environment
  • An active Employes environment
  • Administrator rights in both environments to set up the connector
  • Knowledge of the processes to be integrated

In addition, there are some prerequisites for the data in Loket to interface with Treams:

  • Each employee must have a first name and last name
  • Each employee must have a valid and unique email address

2. Activate Employes link

To configure the link with Employes, it must first be activated. You do this by logging into your environment as a superuser. After logging in, go to Administration on the left side of the bar and choose Integrations on the left side of the bar. On this page, click on the employes link under HR Information System.

Please read the explanation carefully and agree to the terms and conditions.

3. Configure Employes linkage

After accepting the terms, you will be taken to the page to configure the Employes link. Here you will find, among other things, the options to set the start date of Treams and the default language for new employees.

To retrieve an Auth token

Follow the Employes manual to generate a token to use this link. You enter this token in Treams under the heading Auth token (access key). Note! This token is valid for a maximum of 12 months from Employes. After 12 months a new token will have to be entered.

Administration and employee selection

Now you select the Administration(s) whose data you want to link with Treams. Finally, select the employees you want to synchronize. Choose change value and fill in whether you want to include or exclude employees by default. Include everyone and you can choose not to include certain domains (e-mail addresses). When excluding, no one is included except the domains you set.
