HR2day and Treams - a logical combo

HR2day is an online HR and payroll solution that makes HR simple and accessible. What are the benefits of integrating with HR2day?

Actions to be taken:

  1. You can Treams and HR2day by entering the appropriate access keys in Treams and making a few simple selections (e.g., which organizations to load from HR2day).
  2. You select the date when employees will have access to Treams.
  3. You can add any exclusions, specific employees or departments that should not have access to Treams.

What are the costs?

For the integration you pay a fixed monthly fee of €125. You are assured that the integration is maintained and technical updates are made automatically. 

What other links to HR2day?

Because HR2day was developed on the Salesforce platform, it has modern and scalable methodologies for exchanging data or hooking into other apps and applications.

For many applications and agencies a link is already available by default. These are links to applications and agencies with which HR & Payroll is always connected, such as Financieël (journal entry & payment), Tax and Customs Administration, Occupational Health & Safety services and solutions for Recruitment, Time Registration and LMS with which HR2day often collaborates.

How to create the link between HR2day and Treams

Explanation: HoorayHR integrate with Treams

Want to integrate your HoorayHR environment with Treams? Then you've come to the right place!

1. Conditions for getting started

The following terms and conditions apply to the establishment of an HoorayHR connector:

  • An active Treams environment
  • An active HoorayHR environment
  • Administrator rights in both environments to set up the connector
  • Knowledge of the processes to be integrated

In addition, there are some prerequisites for the data in HoorayHR to interface with Treams:

  • Each employee must have a first name and last name
  • Each employee must have a valid and unique email address

2. Activate HoorayHR linkage

To configure the link with HoorayHR, it must first be activated. You do this by logging into your environment as a superuser. After logging in, go to Administration on the left side of the bar and choose Integrations on the left side of the bar. On this page, click on the HoorayHR link under HR Information System.

Please read the explanation carefully and agree to the terms and conditions.

3. Configuring HoorayHR linkage

After accepting the terms, you will be taken to the page to configure the HoorayHR link. Here you will find, among other things, the options to set the start date of Treams and the default language for new employees.

Granting access

Click the Log in to connect button, and you will be redirected to the HoorayHR login page. Log in here with an account that has access to the appropriate employer(s) and other information. After logging in, you give Treams permission to link to your information in HoorayHR.

After giving permission, you will be returned to the HoorayHR link configuration page. Here you will see information about the HoorayHR account you are linked to. You can switch the account at any time.

Selecting employers and employees

Now you select the employer(s) whose data you want to link with Treams. Finally, select the employees you want to synchronize. Choose change value and fill in whether you want to include or exclude employees by default. Include everyone and you can choose not to include certain domains (e-mail addresses). When excluding, no one is included except the domains you set.
