Thus, you cover your processes and administration as well as content-related topics such as performance management, talent development and employee engagement.

  • Dutch software parties; both ISO27001 certified

What is the process of integration like?

The process for setting up integrations is entirely online. You can set it up together with an expert from your team, with experience with the HR information or payroll system (from now on: HRIS). If you have questions, you can always schedule a moment with an expert from Treams to be supported, send a message in the chat or to support@treams.nl.

Time required: about 2 hours

Actions to be taken:

  1. You can link Treams and the HRIS by entering the appropriate access keys in Treams and making a few simple selections (e.g., which organizations to load from the HRIS).
  2. You select the date when employees will have access to Treams.
  3. You can add any exclusions, specific employees or departments that should not have access to Treams.

Ready to get started? Below are the exact instructions for establishing the link.

What are the costs?

For the integration, you pay a fixed monthly fee of €125 (2024). You are assured that the integration is maintained and technical updates are made automatically.

Explanation: Integrating Nmbrs with Treams

Want to integrate your Nmbrs environment with Treams? Then you've come to the right place!

1. Conditions for getting started

Setting up an Nmbrs connector is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • An active Treams environment
  • An active Nmbrs environment
  • Administrator rights in both environments to set up the connector
  • Knowledge of the processes to be integrated

In addition, there are some prerequisites for the data in Nmbrs to interface with Treams:

  • Each employee must have a first name and last name
  • Each employee must have a valid and unique email address
  • Each employee must have a unique employee number which never changes
  • Each employee is a member of up to 1 organizational unit/department. When an employee is part of multiple units, the first found unit is assigned in Treams
  • Access rights are only designated based on organizational unit as indicated in the organizational chart. 1-1 permissions are not possible and can be designated manually in Treams.

2. Set up proper access via API user templates

Follow Nmbrs' manual to create an API user template. With this template, you create a set of permissions that allow or block access to data. See below for rights that Treams needs. These you set to active, all **others you leave inactive so we can only access the right data. Note: create an account at debtor level, not company level. While doing so, also make sure all necessary debtors are selected.

Set these permissions to active:

CompanyService

  • List_GetByDebtor

DebtorService

  • List_GetAll
  • Department_GetList
  • Function_GetList
  • Manager_GetList

EmployeeService

  • PersonalInfoWithoutBSN_Get_GetAllEmployeesByCompany
  • Employment_GetAll_AllEmployeesByCompany
  • Function_GetAll_AllEmployeesByCompany_V2
  • Department_GetAll_AllEmployeesByCompany

3. Linking Nmbrs via an API token

Now that you have created an API user template, an API token must be created. With this token Treams can communicate to retrieve the data. Follow the Nmbrs manual to connect via an API token.

Make sure the account created is active, and that in Filter the correct companies are checked.

We need the following data from this step when configuring in Treams (Step 4).

  1. De naam van de omgeving (<bedrijfsnaam>.nmbrs.nl).
  2. The user name of the created user (this is an email address).
  3. The generated token

4. Configuring Nmbrs in Treams.

As a final step, we need to configure Nmbrs in Treams. Follow the steps below and you're done!

  1. Open Treams and navigate to Management / Integrations / Nmbrs
  2. Please accept the terms and conditions after reading this.
  3. Follow the steps listed in the screen. Enter the information you obtained in the previous step
  4. Save your settings properly.
  5. Activate the connector when you are satisfied with your settings. Your colleagues will receive a welcome email on the set activation date.
  6. The data is synchronized every night after activation (so you will see the data for the first time in Treams the next day)
  7. Via https://<omgeving>.ontreams.com/v2/settings/integrations/logs heb je inzage in wat de connector heeft verwerkt. Fouten en waarschuwingen zullen hier respectievelijk rood en geel worden weergegeven.

Information about departments in Nmbrs

In Nmbrs, no hierarchy is available across departments. When we synchronize, all departments will initially have no hierarchy. You can manually create this in Treams. Therefore, this structure will remain.

Information about manager rights in Nmbrs

In Treams, there is one account for management purposes as for employee purposes. In Nmbrs, this is different. There a manager has one account for manager purposes and one account for employee purposes. To make a proper link with Nmbrs, both the department must indicate who the manager is, and the manager of which department they are manager (both ways, in other words).

Manager rights matching is done based on an employee's business e-mail address and the e-mail address of the manager account. In addition, a maximum of 1 department per manager can be synchronized. Also, no 1-to-1 rights can be synchronized. These can of course be added manually in Treams.

In Nmbrs, the manager account must have access to the appropriate department, as well as be marked as a manager at the department.
