Performance cycle analytics that show you where to help

The new analytics page in Treams shows the progress of every cycle, every moment inside it, and every manager running one. Including the five who need a nudge, and the button that sends it.

TL;DR
  • The new analytics page shows the progress of every cycle you run in Treams, and the progress of each moment inside those cycles.
  • There is a breakdown per manager, so you can see who is on track and who has not started.
  • Get the teams that need attention in front of you without any filtering.
  • Send managers a reminder with a single click.
  • The question that costs you a morning

Do you know, right now, which departments are on track with their conversation cycle? And which managers could use a nudge?

Most HR teams can get to that answer. It just takes a while. An export here, a filter there, a spreadsheet that only you understand, and by the time the picture is complete it is Thursday and the number has already moved.

So the question gets asked less often than it should. Not because HR does not care, but because caring is too expensive. HR often ends up checking in at the deadline, which is precisely the moment when knowing is no longer useful. The cycle is either done or it is not, and nobody can fix it any more.

Every cycle, per team, on one page

We have rebuilt the analytics in Treams, and the first page of that rebuild is this one: how your performance rhythm is actually running, team by team. Open it and the state of play is already there, with nothing to filter and nothing to export.

You see the progress of every cycle you run in Treams, not just the main one. If different departments follow different rhythms, or a job group has its own cycle, each one gets its own line, so a healthy department cannot mask a stalled one.

A nudge, from the same screen

Inside each cycle you can see progress per moment. Goals set. Feedback collected. Checkpoint held. Evaluation signed.

This is where the split by team is beneficial. One team has its goals in place and the conversations simply have not happened yet, so a nudge to the manager is probably the manager needs. Another team has not set anything at all. That is not a reminder problem. That manager needs half an hour in your diary and some help getting started.

You can only tell those two apart if you can see where in the cycle each of them stopped.

What you bring to the next management meeting

Until now, the answer to "how is performance management going?" was often a completion percentage. A generic number that doesn’t say too much. A team can finish every step of the cycle and still not have been managed.

With our updated cycle analytics you can go beyond this. Which parts of the business have a working rhythm, which ones have gone quiet, and where the pattern is likely to show up next as a resignation.

    Where the analytics go next

This is the start of a rebuilt analytics section in Treams. Cycle progress came first because it is the question HR gets asked most, and the one that used to be hardest to answer quickly.

It is live now for every customer running conversation cycles in Treams. No configuration needed. Open analytics and it is there.

    Curious about your performance rhythm?

Rhythm is just whether the conversations keep happening, team by team, without anyone having to chase them. Book a demo and we will open the analytics page on a structure like yours, so you can see which teams have kept theirs and which five managers need a hand.
