Treams and GoodHabitz bring learning to the moment it matters

New integration turns development points from goals, feedback and conversations into a concrete next step.

TL;DR
  • Treams and GoodHabitz are joining forces. From 1 October 2026, joint customers can link GoodHabitz learning content to goals, feedback and growth paths in Treams.
  • Learning happens right when the need comes up. A development point from a conversation or feedback turns straight into a concrete next step. There's no searching for the right training.
  • Employees take charge of their own growth. They get relevant content suggested and decide for themselves what to work on.
  • Managers spend less time searching. They no longer have to find a suitable training for every development point.
  • On 5 November we'll show you how it works. In our joint webinar, we'll show how goals and feedback lead to concrete learning actions.

Eindhoven, October 1st 2026 – Treams and GoodHabitz are entering a strategic partnership. From 1 October, joint customers can link GoodHabitz learning content to goals, feedback and growth paths in Treams. Employees can then work on the human skills they need as soon as a development need comes up.

A good development conversation usually produces plenty: new goals, concrete feedback and a clear picture of what someone wants to develop next. But then what? That's when the searching begins. Which training fits? Where do you find it? And who takes the next step? Treams and GoodHabitz want to close exactly that gap with the new integration.

Treams brings goals, feedback and development conversations together in one performance management platform. GoodHabitz gives employees access to learning content they can use on their own to work on their personal and professional development. Connecting the two platforms makes learning a natural next step after whatever comes up at work.

Say someone gets feedback that they could present more persuasively. Or an employee wants to get better at dealing with change. Or their next role calls for stronger leadership. Treams can link relevant GoodHabitz learning content to each of these right away.

From feedback straight to development

The partnership reflects a trend both companies see among their customers. Many organizations want to stop treating learning as a stand-alone program and bring it closer to everyday work.

That matters even more for human skills. After all, communicating, collaborating, giving feedback, dealing with change and leading others aren't things you learn for one specific moment. Employees use these skills every day and keep developing them.

Many Treams customers already use GoodHabitz alongside the performance management platform. Until now, employees and managers had to connect what came up in a conversation to the available learning content themselves. With the new integration, that happens in the same place.

"Feedback that sits for a week is feedback nobody uses. The moment to act is when you're having the conversation, not three weeks later when someone happens to open the learning platform. With GoodHabitz, we can turn feedback into a next step right away. Not a big development program, but learning something today and doing something better tomorrow. That's how you raise the bar a little higher every week."

Iris Zonneveldt, CEO of Treams.

More ownership for employees, less searching for managers

The integration makes it easier for employees to take charge of their own development. From a goal, a feedback moment or a growth path, they're offered relevant learning content and can decide for themselves what to work on.

Managers also no longer have to hunt for a suitable training for every development point. If they see that someone could develop a particular skill further, relevant GoodHabitz content can be offered right away as a possible next step.

"You don't develop human skills in a catalog, you develop them in the work itself. With this integration, learning shows up exactly where employees and managers are already talking about it: in their goals, feedback and development conversations in Treams. That makes development a regular part of work instead of something on the side. That's what gets people ready for what's next."

About Treams

Treams is the performance management platform that helps organizations raise the bar a little higher every week.

Instead of building performance management around a few fixed review moments each year, Treams makes it part of everyday work. Expectations, 1:1s, goals, feedback and development come together at the moments managers and employees need them.

This means managers don't have to piece performance together after the fact. They can steer it all year round.

More than 200 organizations use Treams, including Consumentenbond, Kubus and Topic. Treams handles implementation itself and works closely with HR and managers on the substance, rather than just delivering software. The company is based in Eindhoven.
